Annual Report by Principal

I am glad to be bestowed with the honour of presenting the Annual report for the Academic Year 2020-21.
First of all I extend a very warm welcome and regards to our respected Management members,parents, staff members and dear students.
It gives me immense pleasure to present this report for the academic session 2020-21.
Chaitanya Valley International School was started in April 2018 with very few students but in its journey of has shown a steady growth and consistent performance. I am glad to announce that your best wishes and our hard work has paid off as our school has received Affiliation from CBSE.
Following is a brief review of performance of the school:
A) We have successfully implemented the changes in the Assessment policy as per CBSE guidelines 2020-21. The Integrated -interdisciplinary Hybrid approach during this new normal has been equally appreciated by all stake holders in child growth.
B) The performance of our students in Half Yearly examinations was good and the overall result enhanced by about 5 to 7 percent as compared to periodic test .
C) From this session we have started SMS facility, new school website, Online classes etc.
D) We have online competitions in co scholastic areas like Arts ,sports ,music and dance.Apart from it we celebrated all the festivals to make the children feel enthusiastic even in this period of Pandemic.
E) Our teacher student ratio is very much conducive for teaching learning activities ONLINE / OFFLINE and here in our school teachers give individual attention to the students for solving their problems and difficulties.
F) We also provided remedial classes for students where our teachers solve the problems of students.
G) We fulfill all the norms of safety, Health and security as per guidelines of CBSE.
In the field of co curricular activities our students have performed exceedingly well.
A) In the Expression event organized by Universal School, our students participated in all events and performed well.
B) Various Educational events like Story writing and telling,Science exhibition, Road Safety Month etc were done grade wise for enrichment and research work .
All the above achievements are due to sincere- Discipline, Determination, Devotion, dedication and Dreaming BIG by our students and teachers. As far as our future plans are concerned :
a. The school will start its new academic session wef April 2021.
b. Further enhancement of school library , science laboratories is ON for active enrichment.
c. We have planned to hire more Coaches for games and sports to coach our students so that they can rise above district and state level and can reach and international level and show excellent performance as we see tremendous potential in the young ones.
Dear Parents, We wish to grow consistently and steadily in the coming years and take Chaitanya Valley International School to its peak and for that we request full support that we can grow and do good to children and community.
I hereby conclude by saying that SUCCESS IS JOURNEY NOT A DESTINATION AND I WANT ALL TO COME ALONG WITH US IN THIS JOURNEY. TOGETHER WE WILL WIN and MAKE A DIFFERENCE FOR OUR YOUNG MINDS.
